Our Age Group Committee is pleased to inform that an additional Novice Time Trial is going to be held on 28 November 2004 at Hong Kong Sports Institute Swimming Pool.
Competition details are as follows:

Date: 28 November 2004
Time: 0900-1900 (please refer to enclosed Event list for details)
Entry Fee: HK$100 per entry
Qualifying Time: No Qualifying Time shall be met
Medals: Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
Certificate: Certificate with time achieved will be issued to each participant.
Sanctioning: All achieved times made in the events would be recognized as ASA¡¦s sanctioned times/ records.
Eligibility: Please refer to enclosed competition details.
Competition Rules: FINA rules & HKASA Swimming rules shall apply. Other competition rules and regulations should be referred to enclosed details.
For clubs that are interested in joining the captioned event, please complete the attached Entries Reservation Form (please states clearly the number of entries in each event) and return to ASA office with cash or with cheque payable to ¡§HKASA¡¨ in person on or before 1700 on 16 August 2004 (Monday). Fees paid will not be refunded. The availability of the entries reservation is on a first come first serve bases. And the reservation of entries will only be processed after full payment.
Clubs should follow the normal entry procedure and submit your Master Entry Forms as usual after the confirmation of entries reservation given by HKASA. The closing date of registration and the closing date of entries are 21 October 2004 and 12 November 2004 respectively.
