SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING STAR AWARD SCHEME

Please be informed that the Synchronized Swimming Star Award Scheme is ready for coaches. For those who would like to purchase the badges and certificates, please kindly fill in the attached order form and return to Ms Candy Wong. 

Moreover, coaches must fill in and return the application form to HKASA within one month after taking the examinations for record purpose and disciplinary action would be taken for those who fail to comply with this policy.
